Ever been to DC? As someone from around that area, I think it would be a remarkable addition to your blog. The Union Station was built in 1908 by three of the most prestigious railroads in US history, the Pennsylvania, Baltimore & Ohio, and the Southern. It is a timeless station that also has a rather modern feel to it, as it is the southern terminus of the high speed Acela. The area’s Metro stations are also really breathtaking to behold. Giant vaulted concrete arches deep under DC serve as the stations for the area’s Metro.
